My another quick sketch for tonight - Dalai Lama. Actually I do not know much about Dalai, just sometime saw him in TV & newspaper, almost related to the news of Tibet & China government...Anyway, I like his face, so attractive, his has a small mouth & his eyes like smiling!

Ghandi-Hero of India

This 15 minutes quick sketch I done for this peaceful night...

The Indian idol - Gandhi, is so nice to sketch(using my wacom), he looks so kind, cute and his smile looks so peaceful. Plan to have some sketches everyday to improve my skills again, at least now I know how to "catch" the expression of people faces within a short time, hope in future, I can sketch within 5 min. Then, may be one day I can rent a stall in flea market to launch my live draw business. Am I dreaming??

Obama -Quick sketch...

A quick little sketch of Obama that I did before I went to sleep. I'm quite enjoyed to sketch Obama becasue he has quite an interesting and unique face. I like his ears, his sexy mouth...Add the phares "No worries, be happy"! to encourage you not to be worried about economic crisis, everything will be just fine...ho ho ho.

已有一段時間沒有親手製作設計師公仔了，雖然自己的作品沒有機會在市場面世，但也不因這樣而放棄。今天覺得很空閒，也沒什麽心情練習caricature,就決定為我已完成塑彫的公仔設計一個獨一無二的LOGO。首先，讓大家看看它的本尊...



哈，你們覺得它像什麽叻？其實，它們會以一系列的方式出現的，概念和名字老早就想好了，只是還沒動手設計LOGO。我叫它為“tetsuoGang”。在為解釋之前，先看看我的2D公仔設計(今天剛完成）...



基本上還沒真正完成，因爲會有一系列的，所以就會再加圖案和表情設計，需要時間。

Caricature of "Forever friends"

其實這作品是我第一份有錢收的生意（很無奈，到現在都收不到餘額，新年到現在了）...

這作品除了手繪以外，也利用wacom作最後修飾，當時還沒完全熟悉wacom，所以只用來作修飾而已，哈哈！
左邊那位就是我的客戶，右邊則是他的好友，他說要送作生日禮物給他好友咯。

我的客戶的臉比較好拿捏，但他好友也蠻好畫的...還好，他都滿意啦...

Corporate Logo Design (Pending Job)

This is my logo design job for KT Advance Sdn Bhd which based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This logo design still in progress as my client still not give me any reply. Anyway, I decided to post the visuals to share with you and you might give me some opinion & suggestion.

家駒精神依然存在...

“BEYOND 不死精神，全因有您...家駒。”



給家駒的話：

“你離開我們已接近十六年了，在另一方的你是否依然還存有對音樂的抱負與執著？BEYOND不死精神是否會因時光的飛逝而逐漸削弱？或則你還在悄悄地守護著這股精神？無論如何，我們這群對BEYOND的愛戴與崇拜，永遠都不曾消失，只因我們曉得你在另一方也默默地守護著我們這群忠實BEYOND族。家駒精神，永遠不息...”

自從中學時期就很愛聼BEYOND的歌，可以說接著的日子都是BEYOND陪我成長，很感謝我的好友介紹BEYOND的歌給我認識...

呼，我終于做到了！

一路來都很想為家駒畫一幅有代表性的肖像，但試過很多次都畫不出他的神韻，所以都放棄了。還好，最近因迷上caricature，所以就嘗試再為家駒動筆...但還是花了不少時間來捉拿神韻，網上很難找到好的相片，所以也只好從像素較差的相片慢慢拿捏他的表情了。

這次花了蠻多時閒，沒有休息，馬不停蹄的彩繪(還是一樣用電腦彩繪），大概六小時后才完成！我蠻滿意的，或許你們也有一些要我改進的意見，但我很滿足，至少不會像以前，什麽都畫不出。

希望藉這次機會，讓喜歡家駒的同志，再次點燃對BEYOND音樂的熱誠，也向家駒給與崇高的致敬，為我們帶來了多首娓娓動聽的歌曲...無論是BEYOND，或是家駒，你們的精神一定能繼續延續下去！我愛你！

Caricature of Luca Toni

最近不懂怎麽了，越來越愛畫caricature，感覺自己好像成爲一位專注與這行似的插畫家，期望每天都有一幅新作品讓你們欣賞，也希望有朝一日，我真的能以這門插畫，成爲我賺錢的鉄飯碗，呵呵！

話説回來，最近公司的工作很忙，忙得我很想辭職（從三年前就想...），少了很多空閒時間，所以創作時間就減少了，更何況是要畫一幅漫像畫，時間變得更少。但我還是會堅持，逢周末我都會拿出畫板（我的WACOM), 盡情地畫個痛快！

這次的作品是一位足球明星，雖然我不認識足球，但我也盡量可以畫出不同領域的人物，尤其是名人，比較容易下手也容易引起共鳴，好或差，很快就能察覺到。所以我從網上隨便搜索足球的明星，一眼就很喜歡這位蠻有性格的LUCA TONI, 因我發覺到他的手，好像都一樣pose, 哈哈！所以就選了他作爲我練習的對象。

剛開始就在白紙上稿，讓后掃描到電腦去，接下來的過程全都是電腦繪圖，可能是職業病，手一離開電腦，就渾身不自在，而且對顔料上色已很陌生, 再説，我很享受用wacom彩繪！這次我用不同的彩法，有類似手繪的感覺，少了噴筆的技巧吧！總之，希望你們會喜歡，也可以留言給我寶貴意見！

For the first time, Malaysia will be playing host to KL Design Week. International design festivals and week long showcases of design excellence are held annually in Tokyo, Bangkok, London, Singapore and Amesterdam etc. These showcases are important platforms for artists and designers to exhibit the latest innovations in design, and serve as a cultural and artistic discourse of emerging design trends internationally.

KL Design Week 2009 promises to present an exciting and diverse range of work of Malaysian and international exhibitions, forums, talks and installations to a broad audience. The exhibitions have been specially selected by renowned curators to extend a greater understanding of design across all disciplines. The aim of KLDW is to nurture potential and diversity, that is inherent in Multi-cultural Malaysia, raising the bar of design in the region to international standards.

This festival will include an excellent mix of well-known designers, students as well as emerging practitioners in the areas of Product Design, Interior, Architecture, Graphic Design, Advertising, Illustration, Character Design, Animation, Digital Art as well as Mixed Media.

Several foreign design associations, curators and speakers will be participating in this event which will span in various venues around the city in the period of ten days.

Barack Obama Caricature

奧巴瑪當選美國總統是鉄一般的事實，也是美國歷史以來第一位帶有黑人血統的領導者。大概在歷史上，這是第一次奴隸後代以和平的方式當上主人，以往的例子都是經過血腥跟暴力，流血清算才讓奴隸翻身，這也算是美國奇蹟之一。當下的美國經濟海嘯為他帶來了無盡的考驗與挑戰，或許上天要為全美的白人知道，他可能是美國人的救“市”主(他慣用左手，應該是智者吧），咱們慢慢期待吧！

無論如何，我想當下最有藝術代表性的人物非他莫屬吧，因最近很多藝術家都迷上他，不管是純藝術或時尚設計，都有他的肖像出現，或許會帶來一番熱潮。哈，我最近也迷上他，所以就迫不及待地讓你們欣賞我還未完成的肖像畫，我可是用了兩天時間彩出來的，也是首次嘗試全電子彩圖，算是蠻下心機的作品。希望你們會喜歡，也希望你們給我意見！


PS: 其實還有半身還未畫完，如無意外，應該很快就會讓大家欣賞完成品，盡請期待！

一份有心意的情人節禮物

情人節剛過一天，彼此是否已經悄悄地為另一半獻上最珍貴的情人節禮物呢？收到禮物的您，内心是否不禁表露出一種喜悅與滿足？

在這情人節前幾天，我的好朋友終于給我機會，為他們這對情侶，繪一幅肖像畫，作爲情人節禮物，好興奮...

在繪畫過程，自己内心是多麽的期待，很想看看完成品，迫不及待地郵件給我朋友，好讓他能及時送給他的另一半。可是，凡是越期待的東西，就越刁難你，我花了兩天時間還是畫不出他們的神韻（只因倆人郎才女貌），心情是多麽忐忑，恐怕不能預期為他們完成這幅情人節禮物。

終于，到最後關頭，我完成了他們的肖像畫咯，很輕鬆！結下來就讓大家欣賞我好朋友的肖像畫吧！真人照片不方便post上來，只能以這幅傑作來憑空想象他們的模樣啦！謝謝！

PS：不曉得他們喜歡麽，沒關係，就當是我獻給他們這對情侶的一番心意，祝他們請人節快樂，有情人終成眷屬...

华教斗士拿督沈慕羽已经與世長辭....

備受華社敬重的董教總顧問沈慕羽今晚在家與世長辭，享年96歲(1913-2009)...

最近馬來西亞政治很亂，怡保又...但最令人沉重的，莫過於咱們敬愛的沈老去世了，很傷心！身為華教的我們，應該團結一致，讓沈老在天之靈也感到欣慰！

爲了表示我對他的哀悼與惋惜，我連夜繪出沈老的肖像畫，為了保留沈老和祥的模樣，我減少了諷刺與誇張的手法，來繪出沈老和藹的一面，希望沈老精神永垂不朽...

新年新氣象，松一松，看看皇后...

輕鬆一下，看看懶惰皇后的美麗坐姿，比常人還優美！
